The set of four knives made from olive wood are impressive with their sharp steel blades and easy to sharpen. The beautiful pattern on the sun-kissed wood gives a Mediterranean vibe to any table. The knives originate from France, with each blade measuring 11 cm, possessing a hardness of 55-57 HRC. They use a strong and anti-corrosive stainless steel grade. Due to their abrasion resistance and exceptional sharpness, they can cut through hard materials like ceramics. Although stainless steel does not usually require any special upkeep, it can be damaged if exposed to aggressive substances like acids, salt water, or detergents for prolonged periods.
