The 8 mm diameter octagonal shackle is 24 mm long and made of Tough-Cut boron carbide, which is 50% harder than hardened steel and offers maximum resistance to cutting and sawing. The 4-pin lock cylinder prevents the lock from being picked, while the two ball bearing locks protect against the lock being broken or smashed.
