The BALLARINI Alba frying pan 28 cm is a high-quality pan that can also be used for low-fat frying. It is made of aluminium and has the Keravis Ti-X triple non-stick coating with titanium reinforcement, which is very resistant and abrasion-proof. The pan can be used on all types of cooker, including induction, as it has a bimetallic base made of aluminium and steel that ensures rapid heating. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle stays cool while cooking and the frying pan is ovenproof up to 250°C. It has a diameter of 28 cm and is ideal for larger portions. You can fry with little fat and simply clean the pan in the dishwasher (dishwasher safe).
